That Metagross is about to pull off some awesome psychic move. Either that, or it just likes to show of its stuff. I'll bet you could use this sort of stuff as a diversion in a battle. Make the opponent gawk at you super lightshow, and then attack when they drop their guard. WHAMOOO!!
