Page 90! Looks like Matt doesn't want to talk about himself. I wonder why?
I'm still experimenting with painted backgrounds, rather than drawn ones. I've also used a new method to draw hair. I must say, I rather like the results, but making this was rather labor intensive. I think I might reserve this technique for promotional art only. And finally I went and made some of the line art a little lighter. I figured lineart which is all black might look a little out of place in a painted background.
What do you think?
EDIT: June 14th, 2008: I got some questions about how I did the hair on this page. This hair tutorial was of some help to me. I did end up deviating somewhat from this artist's methods, which is why I didn't link to the tutorial. I guess I probably should have linked there anyway, so here it is. :)
